Short answer: there is no Vonwik customer service number. Vonwik.com never published a phone line, and since June 2026 its support inbox has not been answered at all. Nobody there can restore your subscription or refund you. What you can still do is recover the money through your card issuer, and be careful about who you call.
Why nobody is answering
Vonwik.com was shut down after a US federal court ordered the domain handed to the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment in June 2026. Before that happened, the service had already posted its own notice saying it could not answer tickets because of the volume of email. The billing portal now returns an error, so renewals cannot go through either.

Any number you find online is not theirs
This matters more than it sounds. IPTV services are run over chat and email, never over a call centre. If a directory, a review site or a search result offers a Vonwik support number, it belongs to somebody else.
Treat these as red flags, whoever you end up speaking to:
- Asking for your card number to reactivate or verify an account
- Asking you to install remote access software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer
- Asking for a gift card, a bank transfer, or crypto to release a refund
- Claiming they can restore a vonwik.com subscription. Nobody can.
Stranded customers are an easy target precisely because they are already expecting bad news.
Getting your money back
- Paid by card? Ask your bank for a chargeback on the grounds that the service was not provided. Most issuers allow this within 120 days of the charge, so the sooner you file, the better.
- Paid through PayPal? Open a dispute in the Resolution Centre under item not received.
- Paid in crypto? There is no recovery route. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
Keep the receipt email and any screenshot of the dead billing page. That is normally all the evidence a dispute needs.
What good support looks like before you pay again
Whoever you go to next, test them before handing over money:
- Message them and see how long a reply takes. Do it before you buy, not after.
- Ask how many connections the plan includes, and what happens if a server goes down.
- Check they run their own billing rather than a link to a payment page with no branding.
- Ask for a trial. Anyone confident in their service will give you one.
