Vonwik Login Not Working? What Is Actually Wrong

Short answer: a Vonwik login fails for one of two reasons, and only one of them can be fixed. If the login came from vonwik.com, it is not broken — that service was shut down by court order in June 2026 and its servers no longer authenticate anyone. If it came from a provider that is still trading, the fault is nearly always the server URL, the connection limit, or your internet provider.

First, work out which login you have

  • Bought at vonwik.com, or renewed through its billing portal? That line is gone. Nothing in the app will bring it back. Skip to the next section.
  • Bought from any other provider, including us? The line is probably fine and the settings are wrong. Skip to the checklist.

If it is a vonwik.com login

In June 2026 a US federal court entered a $9 million judgment against the operator behind vonwik.com and ordered the domain transferred to the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment. The billing portal returns an error, the support inbox is unattended, and the streaming servers are off.

What that looks like inside the app:

  • Invalid username or password, on credentials that worked last month
  • Connection timed out, or the app hangs on the loading screen
  • The channel list still appears, because it is cached, but nothing plays

No provider can restore it, and any site offering to reactivate a vonwik.com account is not telling you the truth. The full story is in what happened to Vonwik, and the money side is covered in why your subscription stopped.

If it is a current line: seven things to check

  1. The server URL, including the port. Xtream Codes needs the whole address as it was sent to you, for example http://line.example.com:8080. A missing port number is the single most common cause of a refused login with correct credentials.
  2. Type the details, do not paste them. Copied credentials often carry a trailing space that the app keeps and the server rejects.
  3. Use the right login mode. A username and password go into Login with Xtream Codes API. A single long link goes into Load your playlist or file/URL. Putting one into the other fails every time.
  4. One line, one screen. Most subscriptions allow a single connection. If another TV or phone is still streaming, the second device is refused.
  5. Check the expiry date. IPTV Smarters shows it on the account screen. An expired line looks exactly like a wrong password.
  6. Test on another network. Some internet providers block IPTV servers outright. Tethering to your phone for one minute tells you whether that is what you are hitting.
  7. Update or reinstall the player. Old sideloaded builds stop working against newer servers.

What the error message is telling you

What you see Usually means
Invalid username or password Typo, trailing space, or the line has expired
Unable to connect, or timed out Server URL wrong, or your ISP is blocking it
Maximum connections reached Another device is using the line right now
Channels list, but nothing plays Login is fine; the stream itself is being blocked

Still stuck

Send us the app name, the device, and the line details. We can tell you within a minute whether a line we issued is alive, which removes half the guesswork. We cannot look up a line issued by vonwik.com or by another provider — we have no access to either.

Step by step screens for every device are on the installation guide.

Looking for a service that is actually online?

If your line is genuinely gone, the checklist above will not help and there is no point paying vonwik.com again.

Vonwik TV is an independent IPTV provider — 30,000+ live channels and 100,000+ movies and series, running on our own infrastructure. We are not connected to vonwik.com and we cannot access its accounts.
